Identity & Mental Health
"Most cricketers I see, or sportsmen, I see have always found it so hard if they've always seen themselves as the cricket. When crickets done than those people have had massive problems."
Leadership & Being Prepared
"It gives you confidence as well, if I'm ever lucky enough to find the job that I want whether in cricket or something I want to be good at it but also confident in it. That's how I've felt in sport, when I go into a game I'm confident because I put the work in."

Overcoming Obstacles

Coping with Adversity & Transferable Skills
"For me it's always about being a good person, learning about different cultures.. how different managers have to manage different cultures, we're all so different...that's something going forward in business I hope to be able to do."
Life After Sport & Dual-Careering
"I've had great learning from it and I feel like it's improving me and my cricket as well and it's given me a passion and something away from the game which I actually love. Now when I go to a dinner I have something else to talk about besides my cricket."
